1.1 Eligibility
Request should be sent by email not more than 3 days from the day customer received the order.
The item must be in the original packaging, must be unused and in the same condition that customer received it.
To complete customer return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items cannot be refunded
1.2 Refunds and Return
Customer must arrange and pay their own shipping expenses.
Once your return item are received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund by email.
Refunds will be process and credited to customer account or original method of payment.

How to use
1. After cleansing, apply toner to even out skin texture.
2. Remove the mask from its film and place it on your face, adjusting for comfort.
3. Leave the mask on for about 30 minutes. For deeper effects, you can leave it on up to 3 hours or use it as a sleeping pack.
4. Remove the mask and gently pat the remaining essence into the skin until fully absorbed.
Tip: For maximum hydration and lifting, leave the mask on for 1–3 hours or use it overnight as a sleeping mask
